# Service Agreement

## SCloud SMS Service Agreement

**To use the SCloud SMS service, you should carefully read and comply with the "SCloud SMS Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). Before accepting this Agreement, please be sure to read all the content carefully, especially the clauses that exempt or limit liability and the choice of jurisdictional court, which may be highlighted in bold or underlined for your attention.**

<span class="underline">**Regardless of whether you have actually read this Agreement, by using the SCloud SMS service, you indicate that you and SCloud have agreed to the terms of this Agreement and accept its entire content. If you disagree with any part of this Agreement or cannot accurately understand SCloud's interpretation of the clauses, please do not agree to this Agreement or use the services under this Agreement. Otherwise, it means you have accepted the following terms and conditions and agree to be bound by this Agreement.**</span>

### I. Definitions

1.1 **SCloud SMS Service**: The SMS service channel provided by SCloud through which you can provide SMS channel services to users using the technology services offered by SCloud via public communication networks or the internet.

1.2 **API Interface**: An API (Application Programming Interface) provided to developers to achieve a specific function (hereinafter referred to as "interface").

1.3 **API Key**: Used for identity verification when calling the API to prevent others from maliciously tampering with your request data. If the key is leaked, please reset it immediately. After successful reset, you need to log out of the website and log in again. The API key consists of a public key and a private key. Before making an API request, you need to generate a signature using the public key and private key. See [Configure API Signature Algorithm](/docs/api/summary/signature) for details. To ensure account security, please keep the private key secure and avoid leaking it to others.

### II. Service Content

The SMS service provided by SCloud includes features such as international SMS. International SMS supports verification codes, system notifications, and membership promotional text messages. SCloud provides communication capabilities in the form of API interfaces for you to call. You can choose the required services based on your business needs. ### III. Service Fees

3.1 **Billing Explanation**: SCloud charges based on different SMS service categories and the actual number of successfully submitted messages.

3.2 **Billing Standards**: The specific fee standards are subject to the rules and prices published on the official website.

3.3 **Billing Change Explanation**: If operator billing rules change leading to adjustments in SCloud SMS service billing standards, SCloud will notify you in advance through announcements on the official website or via email. If you continue to use the SCloud SMS service, you must pay according to the published fee standards of SCloud SMS service.

3.4 **Billing Service**: SCloud will provide you with a bill for using the service and calculate and collect fees based on the bill.

3.5 **Voucher Explanation**: Coupons awarded by SCloud through activities, etc., will first be deducted from the fees generated by your use of the SMS service. Unused coupons will become invalid after expiration.

3.6 **Notes**: Purchased SMS packages do not support unsubscription, and remaining resources do not support refunds.

### IV. Service Use Specifications

4.1 **<span class="underline">You should have the relevant qualifications to use this service</span>**. If you use the SMS service API interface for application development, you should also have the necessary development qualifications and qualifications for the services provided by the application, and the ability to fulfill your obligations under this Agreement. You guarantee that fulfilling related obligations does not violate any legally binding documents.

4.2 **SCloud has the right to supervise, review, and monitor the messages you send. Before sending messages, you need to apply for SMS signatures and templates and submit them for review. SCloud will review the SMS signatures and templates, and only after approval can you send messages. SCloud has the right to unilaterally judge and decide whether the message content you send violates this Agreement and has the right to refuse to send content that violates legal or Agreement provisions. You promise not to use this service for any activities that violate legal or Agreement provisions. Otherwise, SCloud has the right to stop providing services or terminate the Agreement. If your actions cause user complaints that risk the suspension of the SMS channel used by SCloud SMS service by the operator, SCloud has the right to stop the service and require you to bear the corresponding liability for damages suffered by SCloud.**

4.3 You guarantee that the SMS content sent to users is true, accurate, and legal. You shall not use the communication services provided by SCloud SMS services to engage in any services that violate legal provisions or Agreement conditions, including but not limited to:

  - Information opposing the constitutionally established basic principles;
  - Information endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity
