# Review Time and Process

## Review Time

1. **Review Acceptance Time**: Weekdays 09:00 - 18:00. We suggest submission before 17:00.

2. SMS templates are generally reviewed within 1 working day after submission, and the review results will be provided.

## Review Process

1. SMS templates can only be normally used after passing the review.

3. Approved SMS templates do not guarantee successful delivery. If the SMS content is non-compliant, it will be intercepted by operators.

4. If the platform detects that your account is sending non-compliant content, the corresponding SMS template, and account will be banned by the platform.
