# Enable Network DialTest 

You need to enable the Network DialTest   service separately when you use it for the first time.

**Steps**

1. Log in to the [SCloud Console](https://console.scloudsg.com);

2. Go to the All Products -> Monitoring and Operations section, select the Network DialTest   product and enter the product page;

3. Click Enable Now to start using the product.

> Tips: For the first-time activation of the service, SCloud will offer a resource package of 1 million free dialtest  times (granted to the project for which the service is enabled the first time). After the resource package is used up, if your tasks continue to run, they will automatically switch to the pay-as-you-go mode. You can also purchase dialtest  resource packages as needed, which are more cost-effective than the pay-as-you-go model.
