# Resource Package Purchase and Cancellation

## Purchase Resource Package

1. Log in to the [SCloud Console](https://console.scloudsg.com);

2. Select the Network DialTest  product under All Products->Monitoring and Operations to enter the product page;

3. On the Package Management page, click "Buy Resource Package";

4. Select the required specifications on the purchase interface and make an immediate purchase.

> Note:
>
> The validity of the resource package is one year. To avoid resource waste and unnecessary loss, we recommend that you choose a resource package with suitable specifications according to actual business needs and ensure full use within the validity period.

## Resource Package Management and Cancellation

You can view the information of the subscribed resource package on the package management page.

**Cancellation Instructions:**

1. Resource packages within the validity period and unused (i.e., usage 0 times) can be canceled. You can click refund on the console to cancel the resource package;
2. Resource packages within the validity period but used (i.e., usage greater than 0) cannot be canceled.

!> Note: Canceled free detection resource packages offered by the platform cannot be restored.

**Usage Alert:**

3. The system enables usage alert by default. When the remaining number of detection resource packages under your project falls below 50,000, an alert notification will be sent; you can adjust the alert threshold based on actual needs.
