# Access Guide

New users can follow the steps below to quickly access and use the log service product:

## Create an Instance

Please estimate the storage capacity according to the actual usage situation and create a log service instance. For details, refer to [Instance Creation](/docs/ulogservice/operate/create).

## Create a Topic

Create a topic on the "Topic Management" page. For details, refer to [Create Topic](/docs/ulogservice/operate/manager).

## Filebeat Installation

Install and configure Filebeat on the client's host to collect logs. For details, refer to [Log Collection](/docs/ulogservice/operate/collect).

## Log Retrieval

After log collection, you can go to the log retrieval page to retrieve logs. For details, refer to [Log Retrieval](/docs/ulogservice/operate/search).
