# Billing Overview

The ULightHost is sold in packages that include cloud resources such as CPU, memory, cloud disks, and network, offered at a discounted price.

## Billing Model

| **Regular Zone**     | Supports monthly and yearly payment models.               | The package for ULightHost uses a traffic package model that only accounts for outgoing traffic of the resource. The traffic package resets once every **natural month**, starting from the time of resource purchase, with the reset time synchronized with the resource billing cycle reset. If your resource traffic usage in the current month is as follows:<br>**Not exceeding the monthly traffic package limit**: Remaining traffic for the month is non-refundable.<br>**Exceeding the monthly traffic package limit**: The excess traffic will be billed on a per-traffic basis (accounting only for outgoing traffic of the resource), i.e., traffic is billed based on the outgoing bandwidth consumption (measured in GB). |
| **Cross-Border E-Commerce Zone** | Supports a 30-day payment model<br>If a resource is deleted after creation, the remaining usage duration in the current billing cycle will not be refunded. | The package for ULightHost uses a traffic package model that only accounts for outgoing traffic of the resource. The traffic package resets once every **30 days**, starting from the time of resource purchase, with the reset time synchronized with the resource billing cycle reset.
