# Configuration Upgrade

When the size and configuration of your current cluster can no longer meet your actual needs, the cloud data warehouse UClickhouse provides a configuration upgrade feature to help you complete the upgrade adjustments of the cluster's CPU, memory, and disk.

  <li>Configuration upgrades can only be performed when the cluster is running</li>
    <li>During a configuration upgrade, the cluster will be unavailable for a few minutes, so please choose to upgrade during off-peak business hours</li>
  </ol>

1. Log in to your SCloud account and access the [User Console](https://console.scloudsg.com). Search for or select "Data Warehouse UDW Clickhouse" under all products, and navigate to the [UClickhouse Data Warehouse Console](https://console.scloudsg.com/udw/clickhouse). In the list, select **Operation -> Configuration Upgrade**.

2. In the cluster upgrade pop-up window, select the configuration items for node reconfiguration.

  Kind reminder: Supports simultaneous upgrades of node computing specifications and disk. Note that disks can only be expanded, not reduced.

3. Click **Confirm**. After completing the payment on the order confirmation page, the cluster will change to **Upgrading** and the upgrade will be completed after a few minutes.
