# Create a Shared Traffic Package
The shared traffic package is a prepaid traffic package product, which is easy to manage and has a lower unit price. After purchasing the shared traffic package, it will take effect immediately and automatically deduct the public network traffic fees generated by the traffic-based billing IPs in the corresponding region until the shared traffic package is used up or expires.
> After a shared traffic package is created, the configuration cannot be adjusted, and deletion and refund are not supported.
1. In **All Products** -> **UNet Basic Network** -> **UTP** page, click **Create a Shared Traffic Package** to create a package.

2. On the creation page, select the type of traffic package, valid period, and specifications of the package based on business scenarios. Click **Buy Now** and enter the payment page to complete the payment.

3. Return to the list page to view the created shared traffic packages.
