# Login Hold Time

## Operational Scenario 

* The validity period of a login session is restricted by the login retention period. If this parameter setting is exceeded, you will need to log in again.


## Notes

* Modification range of login retention period: 15 minutes - 24 hours
* System default setting: 12 hours
* Only the main account can modify this setting. Once the setting is successful, it takes effect for both the main account and sub-accounts. The newly set login retention period will take effect after the next login.

## Operational Steps 

 1. Log in to the SCloud console and enter the Account Security-Security Settings page.

 2. Click Edit, fill in the time according to actual needs, and submit.
