# Message Service Recovery

If an instance has expired and not renewed for a period of time, it will be unavailable due to service suspension. For specific suspension rules, please refer to [Recycle Rules](/docs/rocketmq/price/recycle). After the arrears bill is processed and the renewal process is completed, the instance will automatically recover within 2 ~ 3 minutes. If it does not recover automatically, it can also be manually recovered.

Select the specified instance, and choose the "Service Recovery" button in the operation column to operate, as follows:

Note: Only after the arrears bill is processed and the renewal process is completed can manual service recovery be carried out.
