## Maximum Idle Connection Time for GlobalRDP  
Typically it is 300s (a few forwarding machines may limit it to 90s). If you need to maintain a persistent connection, please enable keepalive on the client or server side and reduce the probe interval time.

## How to use the GlobalRDP whitelist feature?
The whitelist feature is not yet supported.

## Unable to connect using GlobalRDP port  
1) The instance requires one minute of startup time. After exceeding this time, first confirm whether the same port of the source station can be connected;

2) For users in mainland China, Ping the domain name of GlobalRDP. If Ping is successful, try using telnet to check if the GlobalRDP domain name and port can be connected (if unable to connect, provide it to us); if Ping is unsuccessful, please perform a dig on the GlobalRDP domain name and provide the result to us.
