## What is a Sales Contract?

The SCloud sales contract is a framework agreement established between Party A and Party B regarding the purchase and use of Party B's (i.e., SCloud) cloud services by Party A. It can be used for enterprise users to apply for payment, application for ICP qualifications, etc.

## What is a Product Contract?

The SCloud product contract is a contract signed between Party A and Party B regarding the purchase and use of Party B's (i.e., SCloud) product services that both parties must follow related treaties during the cooperation period.

## How to apply for the contract?

  - Use the master account to log in to your console  
    \* Go to User Center \>\> Contract Center  
    \* Click Contract Application

 - Depending on your needs, choose to sign a framework contract or a product contract

## After the contract takes effect, how to check its validity?

  - Download the contract
    \* Use Adobe Reader or Foxit Reader to open your contract  
    \* Select "Signature Panel" to view the signature information of both parties

## How long is the contract valid?

By default, the contract is valid for one year after it takes effect, and it will be automatically renewed for one year after expiration.

## How to terminate the contract?

If you need to terminate the contract, please submit a work order.
