## Operation Steps

1, Go to the **Basic Network UNet** page, **AnycastEIP** tab.

2, Click **Apply for AnycastEIP** to create an instance.

3, In the application for AnycastEIP pop-up window, there are the following configurations:

* **Bandwidth**: Choose the bandwidth value of the instance, which is the output bandwidth value. When the purchased output bandwidth is less than 50Mbps, the entrance bandwidth is 50Mbps. When the purchased output bandwidth is greater than or equal to 50Mbps, the entrance bandwidth equals the output bandwidth. Bind multiple Region nodes at the same time, share this bandwidth value.

* **AnycastEIP name**: Name this instance.

* **Business Group**: The managing business group it belongs to.

* **Health check**: Check the health status of the backend nodes and automatically block affected nodes. Currently only the default health check method is supported. For cloud hosts, the running status is checked by default. "Running" is considered healthy, otherwise it is not healthy; for load balancing ULB, if all VServer health checks fail, then the node is not healthy, otherwise it is considered healthy.

4, Click **OK** to complete the creation.
